Michelle Acaley Rice - Owner / Master Stylist

With over 18 years of experience, Michelle Rice built Studio 2827 with a vision to be a full-service salon, focused on providing outstanding services in a relaxed professional environment. She is on the cutting edge of style technique and her passion for perfection drives her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Michelle’s created Studio 2827 based on the belief that quality service and products, along with fine furnishings and glamorous surroundings promote long-term relationships with valued clientele.

“I believe its important to give my clients results that works with their individual style and lifestyle. My job is to compliment their best attributes with the knowledge, expertise and products that will enhance their individuality and make them realize their greatest qualities,” says Michelle. “At the start of each visitI enjoy the full consultation with new guests or catching up with my ongoing clients to ensure that I stay current with their hair needs and lifestyle changes. This process is paramount to achieving complete satisfaction for both them and for myself, as I take great pride in every cut, color, style and moment; after all it does carry my reputation.”

Michelle has a strong personal commitment to ongoing training for not only her new stylists but, achieving top-tier education and certification for her and her whole team.

Shelby Holley - Stylist

Shelby came on board in March 2024. She is a graduate of the Mid-State Cosmetology program.

“I have loved anything that has to do with beauty since I was young and I always knew that it was something that I would love to do as a career when I grew up.

I love making people feel beautiful with the work that I do. The hair industry is full of so much creative beauty and I am so happy I get to be part of the amazing industry! I can’t wait to see where this career takes me, it’s a dream to be able to work in such an amazing salon!”

Jadan Heindl - Master Stylist

Jadan joined our team in May, 2023. She graduated from Mid-State Technical College with a diploma in Cosmetology. We are so lucky to have her start her career as a stylist with us.

“Hair is so crucial to who we are and how we feel. I love seeing the change that happens with a simple haircut, a color change or a complete makeover. A client can walk out of our salon feeling different, amazing, refreshed. I love that I can create this change for them.”

Hannah Meyer - Master Stylist

Hannah has been with Studio 2827 since September, 2022. She is now a Master Stylist, specializing in color and hairstyling. 

“What I love about my job is that everyday and every client is unique. You never know who will walk into the salon or what you will be presented with on a day-to-day basis. I love getting to know my clients and understanding what they mean when they need a change or need to come in to feel better.”

Sheng Lor - Master Stylist

Sheng started with the salon in the Fall of 2021. She has been working as a stylist for 3+ years in the Central Wisconsin area. Sheng specializes in cuts, color, bayalage, and foils.

Paj Xiong - Master Stylist

I have been working as a cosmetologist since 2004 and as a Master Stylist at Studio 2827 since January 2012. I have a strong drive to succeed in this industry. I want my client to be happy, to walk away feeling proud of who they are and how they look. I find joy in being able use my knowledge and expertise of traditional proven methods and blending that with all of the newest trends and technologies available to create the perfect look for each person I work with. I love our industry because I love to interact with people and work with hair all at the same time.

Fabian Bogdan - Customer Service Manager

First impressions matter. Fabian is the person that greets each customer and keeps our business running smoothly, efficiently and with the finesse and care we want to provide for each and every customer. 

I enjoy the variety of my job. Each day I have the opportunity to meet and interact with new and fascinating people. I am thrilled that I can connect each customer to a stylist that will meet and exceed their needs. My personal goal is to ensure that they have a great experience, from booking their appointment to rebooking for their next appointment.
